When the swords comes up, it indicates that there is some sort of conflict that requires a decision that will bring balance to the situation. I always view making choices as a way of personal growth. Yes, there are two paths that we can choose from. One will be one to bring us more peace and balance, the other may bring us back to the situation we are trying to get out of. I do not believe that there is a right or wrong decision. Life is a journey we learn lessons from and gain wisdom.   Today's tarot card comes from the beautiful deck, Chakra Tarot Wisdom. At every tarot reading session with a client, I have them pull a card from this deck. In doing so, it allows me to see what chakra is most needed to be addressed in the reading. This card indicates the heart chakra, notice the green around it. Although I am displaying the photo with the card upright, when I drew it, it was in reverse. So I will read it as a reverse card. The cups is always about emotions, love and spiritual matters. I was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, a place where seafood is abundant and I love just about all of it. Although, lobster is not an abundance here in my hometown, I can still get it almost for what this country pays for commodities such as: gas, toilet paper and eggs. Today's tarot card is the Ace of Pentacles. There is a lot to say about this card, as it stands for new beginnings in regards to money. I believe for many of us, we have thoughts and ideas of what our needs and desires are, but we limit ourselves in how we obtain what we want. We must heal our relationship with money. We are good at manifesting what we want, but what comes after is the hard part: gratitude, trust and expectations. I have to admit, being a seasoned tarot reader, these cards can be very challenging to read. But they are very beautiful and unique. Today's card is the 8 of Swords. Swords is about conflict and the 8 about progress, where you stand in a situation. It seems that for many of us we are moving right along with the flow, or at least trying to.
